How do I return an item?

We understand that returns happen, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return any un-needed items!

  • We accept returns within 90 days of purchase.
  • Corrugated products and custom items are non- returnable, but if you have any issues please let us know and we will work toward a resolution.
  • We ask that all bundles or cases be complete.

Ordered the wrong product or size? We've got you covered! We can issue a store credit or refund of the product total once the product is returned.

Defective product? We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us and we can offer an immediate replacement, or a store credit or refund upon return.

Did you receive the wrong item? We are sorry for the trouble! Please contact us and we can exchange your order at no additional cost to you, or refund or credit your full order (including both the cost of the product and the cost of shipping.)
