How to track an order via your account

You should have automatically received a shipment confirmation with the tracking if your order has shipped. If not, our apologies! To view the status and track your order, simply follow these few steps :

  • Log In to your account
  • Click on the order number you wish to track.
  • Scroll down to Shipping Details
  • Click the tracking number

You can also view the order and print an invoice from that page.
