Order Changes or Cancellations
Order change or cancellation requests may or may not be able to be accommodated. Please contact us as soon as possible via chat or phone (888.445.6575) during business hours so we can see if we can accommodate your change request. To submit change requests outside of business hours, please email us at email@example.com.
Our lead times vary depending on what products you ordered. Regardless of our posted lead times, we do work hard to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible. As such, requested changes to orders may or may not be able to be accommodated, depending on when the order was placed and where it is in our queue.
Specifically, for un-printed corrugated shipping box orders, we will always accept requested changes to box style, size or quantity received during business hours, up to one hour after your order was placed. For change requests for shipping box orders made after this one hour window, we will see what we can do, but there is a possibility that your order has already been produced and is ready to be shipped.
Custom printed mailers, shopping bags and corrugated shipping box orders go through an art and design approval process. As such, changes are feasible until the art proof is approved. Once the proof is approved, we may not be able to accommodate any order changes.
We are sorry, but we cannot add to orders. If you forgot to add an item, please go ahead and place a new order if that makes sense to do so, or we may be able to cancel your order for you and you can place a new order.
