I received my order and there was an issue

Missing an item?

  1. Which items are missing?
  2. Have you taken everything out of the shipping container to make sure they are not included? (Sometimes smaller items are put inside of cases of product to save on space.)
  3. Was the exterior box/mailer damaged in any way? If so, how?
  4. Is there clear tape on the package?
  5. Was the missing item/s checked off the packing slip?
  6. If the package is damaged, what are the last 4 digits of the tracking number for the damaged package? (You will find it on the shipping label.)
If the package was in fact damaged, please keep the outer carton/mailer and any damaged items for the carrier to inspect. They usually come by within 2 business days. If you are so inclined to send photos, that would be very helpful for our internal training and/or a claim.

  2. Have you taken everything out of the shipping container?
  3. What item are you missing?
Missing your shipment? We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf. We will also send out a replacement right away!

Damaged package?

  1. What items are missing/damaged?
  2. Have you taken everything out of the shipping container? If not, please do so and inspect to make sure we know what needs to be replaced.
  3. Was the exterior box/mailer damaged in any way? If so, how?
  4. Is there clear tape on the package?
  5. What are the last 4 digits of the tracking number for the damaged package? (You will find it on the shipping label.)
The carrier may require an inspection, so if you can, please keep the outer carton/mailer and any damaged items for a few business days. Also, if it isn't to much trouble, a couple of photos of the outer carton/mailer would help us with internal training and/or the claims process.
